Who qualifies to become a Hospitality partner?
Our Hospitality Program is available to hotel managers, design professionals and business owners who would like to partner with us to enhance their guests’ experience.
This program is intended for bulk fulfillment only and subject to order minimums.
In order to qualify, you must verify your business with the proper credentials during the application process.
Please note, we do not offer Hospitlity trade approval for retail or ecommerce businesses who are interested in wholesaling our products.
What is your trade discount
We offer net pricing on our Hospitality catalog. There is an additional discount tire on top of this net pricing.
From net €1500 - 10% extra discount

What credentials do I need to apply to the Trade program?
You will need to submit your VAT number, as well as details on your company during the application process.
We will do a check in the VIES system to verify your VAT number.
How do I apply for a Trade account?
We will ask you to register through the application form above.
You will receive notification of your membership status within 2-3 business days.

How can I order online?
Once your application has been approved go to your account, simply sign in to shop and place your order on our website. You will see your net pricing live in our online store. The tiered extra discount will be automatically applied to eligible hospitality products at checkout.

Where is your warehouse based?
Our warehouse is based in Varese, Italy.
What is the lead time for orders?
In general we process your order within 2 business days. The average leadtime once the order leaves our warehouse is 3-5 days.
What payment methods do you offer?
We use Shopify Payments as our payment provider. We offer payment with the main credit cards, accelerated checkouts such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and localized payment methods such as Bancontact and Ideal.

Will you extend your catalog offering?
